此件写得很好，提出了问题，彭、黄、邓看后还我。我暂时不宜于讲话，先要让他们把问题都放出来。过几天，我准备找各小组长分别谈一下，调查一下情况，摸一下底。

要学外国的技术。

一方面有优良传统，另一方面，就整个历史说来不占全军统治地位的另一个恶劣传统是存在着，即非马克思主义的，有时是反马克思主义的传统，例如教条主义，军阀主义。

彭黄阅后退小平：

有些同志对会议的开法感到不满。此事容易，调整一下就好了。振起生气，大有可为。请小平商彭黄召集七八个同志经常谈一下，似可不必开小型会，只开大会和小组会。如何，请酌定。
